TruePoint performed 3D laser scanning services to historically document the existing conditions of the Choctaw Academy near Georgetown, Kentucky. This historic boarding school was constructed in 1825 for Native American youth wanting to gain an education.

Laser scanning will provide a complete picture of the structural conditions of the academy while documenting the existing exterior and interior footprint. The architectural elevations and plans will be used to restore this historic building.
