Project Manager

The 3D Laser Scanning Project Manager position at TruePoint offers an opportunity to work with an innovative technology and a diverse portfolio of clients. Through an onboarding training process, you will become an expert in the latest hardware and software pertaining to 3D laser scanning. You will travel to project locations in your territory and document the existing conditions of complex sites. Working with our in-house modeling team, you will manage the timeline of developing 2D drawings and 3D BIM models.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business with clients while strengthening existing client relationships
• Actively engage in sales initiatives to grow region revenue
• Evaluate project requirements and develop proposals
• Travel to project sites and execute field work utilizing 3D laser scanners
• Perform initial registration of field data
• Collaborate with modeling team on development of deliverables
• Manage key aspects of project timeline and budget, ensuring client satisfaction
• Employ great work ethic, communication skills and attention to detail

Qualifications | Requirements

• Must have valid driver's license with a clean record
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and random periodic tests
• Live, or be willing to move within a 50-mile radius of primary market
• Must be a self-starter and independently motivated
• Basic computer skills and understanding of electronic communication
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new technologies
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and desire to be successful

Education | Experience | Certifications

• High School Diploma required, College degree preferred
• OSHA 10 certification is required and will be provided if necessary. If other site specific training is needed, it will be provided
• Construction, engineering, architectural or survey experience a plus
• Familiarity with Autodesk products a plus
• Military experience welcomed
• Direct experience in this field is NOT mandatory - we will provide training
